An Economics Honours Graduate from SRCC Delhi University with degree from the Pusa Institute of Hotel Management Delhi.
His hospitality career that spans more than four decades, Ashim has been appreciated for his vision, commitment and for his role as a thought leader to the food and hospitality industry.
Building on a set of original ideas and attitudes as an exemplar in sustainability, Ashim has devotedly advocated the imperative for feasible business models in the food and hospitality industry. His commitment to the hotel and restaurant industry has won him many awards and accolades.
Being a professional chef mastering in various cuisines, is now on way of creating a tempting fusion cuisine by combining ingredients from different cultures and merging recipes.

Reema (Co-Founder)

Mrs Reema an expert in Interior Designing, a professional hospitality designer, effortlessly balances many verticals of design and business. She has elegantly designed interior spaces for restaurants, hotels, residences and commercial projects that are functional, stylish, and innovative. She believes that the only way forward is through creativity, hard work, and regular progress.
Having academic excellence in interior designing, Reema has successfully completed many courses in interior designing. Travelling worldwide has gained her valuable experience from different design cultures. Being an expert in 3D design helps her to communicate ideas, create views for customer experiences. She has delivered awe-inspiring food and beverage outlets and made trustworthy associations with the clients.
Having a vast experience of over 18 years, Reema has won many awards and accolades in the field of interior designing.
